1. The frame adopts a fully welded steel structure, which eliminates internal stress through normalizing and high-frequency vibration to ensure the overall accuracy of the machine tool. It has excellent rigidity and excellent resistance to torsion and tilt. The thickened worktable and slider give the whole machine high rigidity, so the deformation of the slider and worktable is minimal during bending, and the workpiece has excellent straightness and angular consistency.

3. The hydraulic system of the hydraulic bending machine adopts an integrated control system to reduce pipeline installation. Imported sealing rings are used to improve the working stability of the machine tool, and the appearance is beautiful and simple.
4. The main oil cylinder piston of the machine tool adopts aerospace technology - surface nickel phosphorus treatment, and its hardness can reach HRC60 or above. The guide sleeve that moves relative to the piston adopts a zinc based wear-resistant alloy with self lubrication, which can keep the oil cylinder in good working condition for a long time.
5. The hydraulic bending machine adopts torsion axis synchronization and mechanical stopper, which is reliable, economical, and highly accurate.
6. The distance of the rear stop material and the stroke of the upper slider are automatically adjusted by the CNC system, and can also be manually adjusted for easy operation.
7. The upper mold is equipped with a winding compensation mechanism.
